Operator and contact
Anyone Can Dock GPT is operated by Kowit Hengphasatporn. Privacy and deletion contact: kowith@ccs.tsukuba.ac.jp.
What is processed
The service processes the inputs supplied to its tools, including compound names, SMILES, uploaded receptor and ligand structures, PDB IDs, docking settings, and job IDs. It creates prepared structures, docking poses, scores, diagrams, workflow logs, and result archives to fulfil your request and diagnose failures.
Access to results
The current service has no account system. Anyone holding a job ID or result URL may access the corresponding results. Do not submit confidential or proprietary structures. Keep job IDs and URLs private if you do not intend to share them.
Retention
Job directories are automatically purged after seven days by default, configured through ACD_JOB_RETENTION_DAYS=7. Cleanup runs at service startup and hourly. A job that is queued or running in the current process is skipped until it finishes. The next sweep removes an eligible expired job, so deletion is not an exact seven-day timer. Legacy job directories without a creation marker are aged using their directory modification time.
The default storage is temporary storage on Render. Restarts or redeployments may erase files sooner; seven days is not a promise of availability. Temporary inputs created for scanHetatm are deleted immediately when the request finishes, including error handling.
Deletion
Delete a finished job using deleteJob or DELETE /jobs/{job_id}, or email the contact above with its job ID. This removes its local job directory and in-memory job entry. It does not recall files already downloaded or shared, erase your AI-provider conversation, or delete copies held by other services under their own policies.
Other services
- Cloudflare handles the MCP connection and Render hosts the API and job processing.
- PubChem receives compound lookup queries; RCSB receives structure search queries or PDB retrieval requests.
- ProteinsPlus PoseView receives the receptor and pose when used to generate 2D interaction diagrams.
- Streamlit Cloud hosts ACD web interfaces when you use those interfaces.
- The ACD landing page uses Google Analytics. This prepared policy-page bundle itself contains no analytics script.
- Chat content and AI-provider processing are governed by the provider you use, such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
Provider infrastructure logs, analytics data, and provider-held copies have separate retention and deletion practices. The seven-day purge applies to local ACD job directories, including workflow logs inside them; it does not implement deletion from those providers.
