Service
Anyone Can Dock GPT provides computational molecular docking through the Anyone Can Dock service. The publisher is Kowit Hengphasatporn. Contact: kowith@ccs.tsukuba.ac.jp.
Research use and interpretation
Use the service responsibly for lawful research and education. Docking scores and predicted poses are computational estimates. They do not establish experimental binding, inhibition, safety, or clinical effectiveness and must not be used as medical advice.
Your inputs
Submit only data you are authorized to use and share with the services described in the privacy policy. Do not submit confidential or proprietary structures to this public service. Check ligand identity, receptor choice, preparation settings, and warnings before interpreting a result.
Availability and saved results
The service depends on external services and available computing resources. A submitted job may queue, fail, or return partial results. Save needed files promptly; job storage expires and may be lost earlier on restart or redeployment. The plugin does not guarantee a particular docking result or uninterrupted availability.
Payments
This plugin has no payments or purchases. Fees charged by your AI provider or unrelated third-party services are separate.
Support and deletion
See the support page and privacy policy for reporting problems and deleting finished jobs.
